Beneficially there is an external staircase to the 1st floor, lending the property the flexibility to be used as a B&B, large family home or developed into 2 separate 220m2 apartments or even more given the right permissions.

On the same level as the house is the BBQ and pergola sitting on a brick base adjacent to the swimming pool with wide patio terracotta paving and shower. A stand pipe to water the garden joined to the water collection tank to water the garden plus there is a large underground water reservoir connected to the mains supply to serve the property as a back-up.
There are several terraces around the house with well established grounds with shrubs, fruit trees, olive trees and a walnut tree.
The grotto, located on a lower terrace, is a useful place to house non-perishables as well as wine and oil.
